Prologue by Corey Payette
This composition was written and arranged by Corey for a showcase composition concert at York University
on February 7, 2006.
The title anticipates other works to come. The five distinctive sections blend together and allow for a
particular mood. Prologue began as a vocal piece, but was changed to focus on strings.
